At Breni, we respect your right to privacy and give you control over your personal data. This policy explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data from our systems.
1. Who Can Request Data Deletion
Any registered user of the Breni app can request deletion of:
-Their account
-Personal data associated with the account
-AI-generated content tied to their identity
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion in two ways:
a. In-App (Preferred Method)
Open the Breni app.
Go to Settings > Privacy.
Tap Request Data Deletion.
Confirm the request.
b. Email Request
You may also request data deletion by emailing us at:
privacy@breni.xyz
-Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include:
-Your registered email address
-A brief confirmation that you wish to delete your account and all associated data
3. What Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, we will:
-Delete your user account
-Erase your personal data (name, email, profile info)
-Remove AI-generated learning history tied to your profile
-Anonymize or delete usage data where applicable
Note: Some data may be retained for legal, security, or compliance purposes (e.g., transaction records if you've made payments), but it will no longer be associated with your identity.
4. How Long It Takes
We typically process deletion requests within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
5. Important Notes
-Deletion is permanent. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
-If you reinstall the app after deletion, you will need to register again as a new user.
